In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing the treatment room, blocking the therapist's time, and potential loss of business due to the vacant appointment slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy.
